macro so ENTRY(__syscall_error) doesn't insert a call to _mcount,
which clobbers %eax.
* Makeconfig [$(elf)=yes] (+prector, +postctor): New variables for
crtbegin.o/crtend.o, using gcc to find them.
(+link): Use them.
