Redefine DO_CALL to use vdso if supported, otherwise DO_CALL_VIA_BREAK.

DO_INLINE_SYSCALL.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/vfork.S: Use DO_CALL_VIA_BREAK()
instead of DO_CALL().
