Ulrich Drepper 020ae3eb02 (I_GWROPT): Renamed from I_GWRSET. 
Define FLUSHBAND, PROTMASK, SNDPIPE, and MUXID_ALL only if __USE_GNU.
(struct strpeek): Use t_uscalar_t.
(struct strfdinsert): Likewise.
(struct strioctl): Use gid_t and uid_t.  Rename fill to __fill.
