* Versions.def: Add GLIBC_2.1.1 to libpthread.

	* iconvdata/Makefile (modules): Add KOI8-U.
	(distribute): Add koi8-u.c.

	* iconvdata/gconv-modules: Add KOI8-U entries.
	* iconvdata/koi8-u.c: New file.
