	* malloc/memusage.c (initialized): New variable.
	(init): If not yet initialized, call me().
	(me): Do all dlsym calls here.
	(malloc, realloc, calloc, free): If not yet initialized,
	call me(). If in the middle of initializing, return NULL or
	do nothing.
