Florian Weimer fd42022a10 nptl: Move pthread_mutexattr_destroy into libc
And __pthread_mutexattr_destroy as a compat symbol (so no
GLIBC_2.34 symbol version is added for it).

The symbols were moved using scripts/move-symbol-to-libc.py.
