* sysdeps/alpha/fpu/bits/mathinline.h (__isnanl): Don't define
        if __NO_LONG_DOUBLE_MATH.
        * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/alpha/ioperm.c: If BWX insns not
        available in the compiler, add .arch directive to ethe assembly.
