* pthread.c (__pthread_initial_thread): Pass argument to
	PTHREAD_START_ARGS_INITIALIZER.
	(__pthread_manager_thread): Likewise.

	* internals.h (PTHREAD_START_ARGS_INITIALIZER): Add parameter to
	initialize function.
