* old_pthread_cond_broadcast.c: Optimize initialization a bit to work
	around gcc defficiencies.
	* old_pthread_cond_signal.c: Likewise.
	* old_pthread_cond_timedwait.c: Likewise.
	* old_pthread_cond_wait.c: Likewise.
