	spawnattr_init, spawnattr_destroy, spawnattr_getdefault,
	spawnattr_setdefault, spawnattr_getflags, spawnattr_setflags,

	* posix/Versions [libc] (GLIBC_2.2): Add posix_spawn_file_actions_init,
