H.J. Lu 7550717ed7 Mark internal SSE2 functions with attribute_hidden [BZ #18822]
Mark internal SSE2 functions with attribute_hidden to allow direct
access within libc.so and libc.a without using GOT nor PLT.

	[BZ #18822]
	* sysdeps/x86_64/multiarch/strcspn-c.c (STRCSPN_SSE2): Add
	attribute_hidden.
	(__strspn_sse2): Likewise.
