Ulrich Drepper 85b5767c57 Update.
* stdlib/strtod.c (INTERNAL): While eating trailing zeros handling
	hexdigits correctly.  Reported by Fred Tydeman <tydeman@tybor.com>.
	* stdlib/tst-strtod.c: Add test for the bug.
