	Remove sym argument, always use refsym.

	Likewise.
	* sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc32/dl-machine.h (_dl_reloc_overflow):
	Adjust prototype.
	* sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc64/dl-machine.h (elf_machine_rela): Likewise.
