	relocation lookup.
	* elf/rtld.c (print_statistics): Output _dl_num_cache_relocations.
	* sysdeps/generic/ldsodefs.h (struct lookup_cache): New definition.
	(lookup_cache, lookup_cache_versioned): Add declarations.
