into $(inst_includedir)/%.h from sysdirs. [headers]: Change static pattern rule for installing $(headers) to do only those not matching %.h. ($(inst_includedir)/%.h: $(objpfx)%.h): Add this pattern rule instead. ($(inst_includedir)/%.h: %.h): Likewise.
