(lll_futex_wake_unlock): Define. (lll_robust_mutex_dead, lll_robust_mutex_trylock, lll_robust_mutex_lock, lll_robust_mutex_cond_lock, lll_robust_mutex_timedlock, lll_robust_mutex_unlock): New macros.
