	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/Makefile ($(common-objpfx)stamp-errnos): Use
	$(move-if-change).

	 * elf/Makefile: Remove all references to obsolete file
	 $(objpfx)rtldtbl.h.
	 ($(objpfx)trusted-dirs.h): Use stamp file.  Cleanup command.
