	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/pthread-pi-defines.sym: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/Makefile (gen-as-const-header): Add
	pthread-pi-defines.sym.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/lowlevellock.h: Define FUTEX_LOCK_PI,
