Adhemerval Zanella 6e8ba7fd57 Remove __get_clockfreq ... With clock_getres, clock_gettime, and clock_settime refactor to remove the generic CLOCK_PROCESS_CPUTIME_ID and CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID support through hp-timing, there is no usage of internal __get_clockfreq. This patch removes both generic and Linux implementation..
