	on __id_t.
	* posix/sys/wait.h: Define idtype_t type.
	Add prototype for waitid.
	* signal/signal.h: Move definition of sigval_t to <bits/siginfo.h>.
	* sysdeps/generic/waitid.c: Stub for waitid.
	* sysdeps/generic/bits/siginfo.h: Define sigval_t.  Arrange to work
	the __need_siginfo_t defined.
