* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/sysdep.h: New file.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/sys/syscall.h: Removed.

	* sysdeps/unix/mips/sysdep.h: Use SYS_ify.
	Patches by "Maciej W. Rozycki" <macro@ds2.pg.gda.pl>.
