Add e_logf-fma.
(CFLAGS-e_logf-fma.c): New.
* sysdeps/x86_64/fpu/multiarch/e_logf-fma.c: New file.
* sysdeps/x86_64/fpu/multiarch/e_logf.c: Likewise.
