	* sysdeps/gnu/bits/utmp.h: Rename struct exit_status to
	__exit_status.
	(struct __exit_status): Define members without leading __ only for
	__USE_GNU.

	* sysdeps/gnu/bits/utmpx.h (struct __exit_status): Define members
	without leading __ only for __USE_GNU.
