Xuelei Zhang 10df95cdaf aarch64: ifunc rename for kunpeng
Rename ifunc for kunpeng to kunpeng920, and modify the corresponding
function files including IS_KUNPENG920 judgement.

Checked on aarch64-linux-gnu.
