	* posix/sched.h: Second parameter of sched_setaffinity and
	sched_getaffinity is `unsigned int', not `unsigned long'.
	* sysdeps/generic/sched_setaffinity.c: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/generic/sched_getaffinity.c: Likewise.
