* posix/unistd.h (setpgrp): Declare no-arg version unless __FAVOR_BSD. * misc/bsd-compat.c (setpgrp): New function, two arg version. * sysdeps/stub/setpgid.c: Remove setpgrp alias. * sysdeps/mach/hurd/setpgid.c: Likewise. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/sysv4/setpgid.c: Likewise. * sysdeps/unix/common/syscalls.list (setpgid): Remove setpgrp alias. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/irix4/syscalls.list: Likewise. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/setpgrp.c: Obsolete file removed. * posix/setpgrp.c (setpgrp): New file. * posix/Makefile (routines): Add setpgrp.
