Sunil K Pandey 1b713c9a53 i386: Disable Intel Xeon Phi tests for GCC 15 and above (BZ 31782)
This patch disables Intel Xeon Phi tests for GCC 15 and above.

GCC 15 removed Intel Xeon Phi ISA support.
