glibc/sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc64/configure
Alan Modra da9f333410 powerpc64 configure message
This feature doesn't depend on the linker, as can be seen from the

	for overlapping .opd entries" to "support...".
	* sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc64/configure: Regenerate
