	* assert/__assert.c: Undefine NDEBUG before include <assert.h>.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/msgsnd.c (msgsnd): Add cast to avoid warning.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/shmat.c (shmat): Likewise.
