Clone generic linux/sys/ptrace.h, remove x86-specific PTRACE_GETFPXREGS and PTRACE_SETFPXREGS constants, add the following arm-specific __ptrace_request constants: PTRACE_GETWMMXREGS, PTRACE_SETWMMXREGS, PTRACE_GET_THREAD_AREA, PTRACE_SET_SYSCALL, PTRACE_GETCRUNCHREGS, PTRACE_SETCRUNCHREGS, PTRACE_GETVFPREGS, PTRACE_SETVFPREGS, PTRACE_GETHBPREGS, PTRACE_SETHBPREGS, and PTRACE_GETFDPIC.
