	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/clone.S (thread_start): Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/clone.S: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/_exit.S (_exit): Add libc_hidden_def.
