	* misc/efgcvt.c (NDIGIT_MAX): Provide precomputed constants for
	all floating point formats supported by gcc.  Error out for
	unhandled precisions.
	* misc/efgcvt_r.c (NDIGIT_MAX): Likewise.
	* misc/qefgcvt.c (NDIGIT_MAX): Likewise.
	* misc/qefgcvt_r.c (NDIGIT_MAX): Likewise.
