* math/complex.h: Don't define
CX_LIMITED_RANGE_{ON,OFF,DEFAULT}. These are *pragmas* not
macros.

* grp/grp.h: Use __foo_t_defined convention to typedef things
only once.
* io/sys/stat.h: Likewise.
