Joseph Myers 172019c0ec Fix MIPS bits/fcntl.h namespace (bug 17780).
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/bits/fcntl.h has a structure field called
pad, which is in the user's namespace.  This patch changes it to
__glibc_reserved0.
