	__new_setrlimit.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/oldgetrlimit64.c: Add prototype for
	__old_getrlimit64.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/getrlimit.c: Add prototype for
	__new_getrlimit.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/chown.c: Add prototypes for
	__chown_is_lchown and __real_chown.
