	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/clock_getcpuclockid.c
	(HAS_CPUCLOCK): New macro.
	(clock_getcpuclockid): Function removed.
	#include the new linux file to define it instead.

	New function, broken out of ...
