	(__ASSUME_CLONE_THREAD_FLAGS ): Define for newer SH kernel.
	(__ASSUME_TGKILL, __ASSUME_UTIMES): Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sh/socket.S: Add unwind information.
