Ulrich Drepper a1ea4c0638 Update.
* tst-cond7.c (do_test): Unlock the mutex before canceling the thread.

	* sysdeps/pthread/pthread.h: Add missing initializers.  Protect
	non-standard initializers with __USE_GNU.
