(_IO_default_doallocate): Change call to ALLOC_BUF. * libio/libioP.h: Change definition of ALLOC_BUF and FREE_BUF to use mmap/munmap when possible. * libio/memstream.c: Don't use ALLOC_BUF, but directly malloc. * libio/vasprintf.c: Likewise.
