Factored out the event loop integration into gdkeventloop-quartz.c.

	integration into gdkeventloop-quartz.c.

	* gdk/quartz/Makefile.am: Added gdkeventloop-quartz.c

	* gdk/quartz/gdkeventloop-quartz.c: New file containing the event loop
	integration.
