ac3177ce95 tests: Ignore deprecations 
Some of our tests use deprecated style context api.
Most of them should be ported to use global style
providers eventually. For now, ignore deprecations.

386b63b85d scrolledwindow: Don't take adjustments in new() 
In 99.9% of all cases, these are just NULL, NULL.
So just do away with these arguments, people can
use the setters for the rare cases where they want
the scrolled window to use a different adjustment.

bc6643f3c2 paned: Redo the api 
This commit is porting GtkPaned to be derived
from GtkWidget instead of GtkContainer, while adding
start-child and end-child properties. The existing
properties are renamed to follow the start/end naming
scheme, and we add proper getters and setters.

Update all users.

4cc4868e93 label: Remove "line" from wrap properties 
The property names are "wrap" and "wrap-mode", so it doesn't make sense
that the accessors refer to line_wrap and line_wrap_mode.

8f0ae8e8a3 Add GtkGrid 
GtkGrid is a container similar to GtkTable, without legacy
properties and unnecessary restrictions.
It does height-for-width geometry management.
