Make one of the GTK logo cursors in the cursors demo use a callback
cursor that follows the cursor theme size, to show that that is
possible.

We were leaking the builder in the cursors demo,
by creating a ref cycle. This was showing up as
the list entry not going back to upright after
closing the window.

builder: Connect signals automatically

gtk_builder_connect_signals() is no longer necessary, because all the
setup that made it necessary to have this extra step is now done
automatically via the closure functions.

builder: Remove user_data argument from gtk_builder_connect_signals()
...
This is pretty unused and gets in the way of the next steps.
A potential side effect is that for templates the widget was passed as
the user data argument. If that turns out to be important, we have to
special case that situation.

It's all glade-ified, hurray!
It also now properly tests image cursors, named cursors and fallbacks.
I'm not gonna tell how many bugs I found though.

gdk: Cursors no longer have a display

Change constructors to reflect that.
While doing so, also add a fallback argument to the cursor constructors,
so it is now possible to create cursors with fallback.

window: Turn gtk_window_set_screen() into gtk_window_set_display()
...
And have a priv->display instead of a priv->screen.
Includes turning gtk_menu_set_screen() into gtk_menu_set_display(),
because that function just forwards to its window.

Clean up the code of many examples in minor ways, fix some memory
leaks, and avoid the use of dialogs where a regular toplevel works
just as well.
