of offsets pointing into a big const string.
* gdk/keynames.txt: List of keyval-keyname pairs.
* gdk/keyname-table.h: Generated tables.
* gdk/gdkkeynames.c: Include keyname-table.h and don't
generate the inverse table at runtime.

widget, even if we avoid the unrealizing.
(gtk_widget_reparent_subwindows): Make reparenting work for
!NO_WINDOW widgets which have other windows which are siblings
of widget->window (as e.g. GtkSpinButton).
