gtk-demo: Deprecation cleanup
...
Remove many uses of deprecated api in gtk4-demo.
Remaining uses are demos of wholly deprecated objects
that will just be dropped in GTK5.

Deprecate GtkColorChooser and implementations
...
These are being replaced by GtkColorDialog
and GtkColorDialogButton.
This commit only moves the headers for GtkColorChooserWidget
and GtkColorChooserDialog to deprecated/, and keeps the
implementations in gtk/, since they will eventually be
salvaged into a private GtkColorChooserWindow.

gtk-demo: Add keywords to demos
...
Add the names of the main widgets as keywords to
our demos, but also things like "game". This helps
finding relevant demos in our growing list. You
can now for example type "label", and find the
"error states" and "links" demos showing GtkLabel
features.

Use window title, or custom title widget if it's set. Remove 'title'
property.
Update demos and tests to set the title on the window instead of
headerbar.

The values have been 0/0 for a long time now, so just drop the
