3104e5d2c1 Add an example for settings<>action integration 
Turn the 'color' action in gtk3-demo-application into an
action that is backed by a setting.

a55ef45515 gtk3-demo-application: fix sections 
<section> doesn't need to be given in a menubar but it does need to be
given for submenus, so add those ones back.

288b1539d1 Fix demo to use a "normal" transparent value now that it works. 
The last commit fixed this, so lets have a sane value in the demo code.

6a6af8464b gtk-demo: Fix segfault in editable cells demo 
The strings can be freed when edting the description column. This does
not work with constant strings.

524ce69bcb Bump the version to 3.0.0 
At the same time, change the library sonames for -3.0 to just -3.
This is necessary since the 2.99 releases installed libraries like
libgtk-3.0.so.0.9903.0, and we want to prevent the library version
number from jumping back. So 3.0 will have libgtk-3.so.0.0.0.
