a546ae32d7 Remove all nicks and blurbs from param specs 
Those property features don't seem to be in use anywhere.
They are redundant since the docs cover the same information
and more. They also created unnecessary translation work.

Closes #4904

4a0d3d7acc docs: Reduce redundancy 
Remove a boatload of "or %NULL" from nullable parameters
and return values. gi-docgen generates suitable text from
the annotation that we don't need to duplicate.

This adds a few missing nullable annotations too.

b1eaa502df events: reorganize getters 
Restructure the getters for event fields to
be more targeted at particular event types.

Update all callers, and replace all direct
event struct access with getters.

As a side-effect, this drops some unused getters.

4c150d8eb5 The big versioning cleanup 
Remove all the old 2.x and 3.x version annotations.
GTK+ 4 is a new start, and from the perspective of a
GTK+ 4 developer all these APIs have been around since
the beginning.

06f75b3727 Make GdkAppLaunchContext display-dependent 
Add a GdkDisplay::get_app_launch_context vfunc, and a
gdk_display_get_app_launch_context that for X11 returns a subclass.
For win32 and quartz, the implementations were trivial, so we
just return a new GdkAppLaunchContext without subclassing. Since
the type of the context now depends on the display,
gdk_app_launch_context_set_display is deprecated.

This commit was created using a script that searched for all docstrings
containing a parameter and the string 'or %NULL'.
