5507b3f8c1 wayland: scale cursors to the right size
When loading cursors at scale, we expect the
cursor images to have a size of scale * size.
If we don't find such images, load them at their
unscaled size and scale them up ourselves.

Without this, cursors will appear in unexpected
sizes depending on scales and themes.

34a9bc4632 wayland: Make cursors have the right size
The Wayland protocol requires that width and height
of cursor surfaces is an integer multiple of the
surface scale. Make it so.

2a610267eb gdk/wayland/cursor/os-compatibility: fix build when memfd_create is not available
When building for homebrew/linuxbrew on Ubuntu 16.04, memfd_create() is
not available and causes the build to fail.

This adds a proper check for the function.

We only need hardening linker flags on the libgtk shared library;
internal static libraries don't really need them.

build: gdk/wayland/cursor depends on wayland-client
On distros where wayland-client.h might not be directly in /usr/include
we fail to find the correct headers otherwise.

4e58541d52 Make wayland load cursors on demand
Copy just enough of libwayland-cursor to make our own
loading. This lets us drop the dependency on libwayland-cursor,
and changes the startup cost for cursor theme loading
from 25ms to 0.1ms.

At the same time, simplify the handling of scaled cursors -
instead of creating an array of theme objects, just make a
single theme object provide all scaled cursor sizes.
