* configure.in: Expand also modules/engines/ms-windows/Theme/
Makefile and .../Theme/gtk-2.0/Makefile.

* modules/engines/ms-windows/*.c: Use "foo.h" style includes for
GTK and GDK headers. Use correct path for gdkwin32.h header.
