Ensures modal window is raised above parent; does return focus to
parent window when transient child window is closed.
That solves problems with overlapped modal window and focus loss in
complex multi window UI.
since http RFC state that the header names should be processed case in-sensitive, broadway should not rely on the actual case. E.g. the go-language libraries tend to rewrite the header, which cause problems with e.g. Caddy
Fixes#3406
With the removal of `gdk_seat_grab` we do not need to keep the
definitions of `GdkGrabStatus` and `GdkGrabOwnership` public.
Move those definitions to become internal only.
surface->x/y (and various x,y arguments) should be in the parent
coordinates, so treat it as such. We also keep track of the root coords
as these are needed for popup positioning.
Also, drop the isTemp property server side and the weird initial
placement at (100, 100) in the daemon. We now fully control window
placement from the client instead. If this is not we want we should do
a serious design for that but until then lets do the simplest thing.
When sending render nodes from the client to the daemon we add an id,
and whenever we're about to re-send the entire tree node we instead
send the old id. We track all the nodes for the previous frame
of the surface this way.
Having the id on the daemon side will allow us do to much better deltas.
-Wint-conversion is important because it checks casts from ints to
pointers.
-Wdiscarded-qualifiers is important to catch cases where we don't
strings when we should.
Call chain:
- input_data_cb
- broadway_server_read_all_input_nonblocking (input)
- broadway_input_free (input)
(now input is invalid)
attempt to use input->active -> use-after-free
Make broadway_server_read_all_input_nonblocking return a boolean, TRUE
if the input was valid, FALSE otherwise. This allows input_data_cb to
detect whether the input was gone or not.

Remove checks for NULL before g_free() and g_clear_object().
Merge check for NULL, freeing of pointer and its setting
to NULL by g_clear_pointer().

At the present time broadway listens only for TCP/IP incoming
display connections. This patch implements the support for listening
on unix domain sockets too, adding the broadway_server_on_unix_socket_new()
constructor and the commandline option --unixsocket [path] to broadwayd.

eb1ab0dac2 removed support for authentication
based on crypt()-hashed passwords but it didn't remove the header.
Finish up with the removal.
This allows the broadway backend to build on FreeBSD (which has no
crypt.h).

We add a custom im module for broadway that calls some broadway
specific APIs to show/hide the keyboard on focus in/out. We then forward this
to the browser, and on the ipad we focus an input field to activate
the keyboard.
