enums: Change GtkIconSize values
The new values are the ones we intend to keep. The old ones had
duplicated meanings and nobody knew which one to take.

Adding testverticalcells.c.
This test displays a GtkTreeViewColumn rendering a vertically
oriented GtkCellArea along side a horizontally oriented column
in the same treeview.
